The Maîtres app connects directly to the restaurant's POS. The guest is checked in, sees the bill on their phone and can leave when they're done – payment happens automatically and the receipt arrives digitally. Company employees use the same app to pay by company invoice through Maîtres Pay.
Staff check the guest in and the guest can leave the table straight after the meal. Payment is taken automatically when the bill is closed in the POS and a digital receipt is sent to the guest. Tables free up faster and staff spend less time on payment.
The party is invited to the bill in the app. It can be split evenly automatically, or by item, amount or share – without staff splitting it in the POS.
Guests choose a default tip in the app and can change it before, during and for a short while after the visit.
Gift cards, discount codes and credits are added in the app and deducted automatically on the next bill at the right restaurant. The restaurant recognises its regulars and can create offers and events shown in the app.
Guests can pay by card, for example Mastercard and American Express, with Klarna and BankID, or by company invoice through Maîtres. Guests can pay with Maîtres even without a booking.
Maîtres integrates directly with the restaurant's POS, including Trivec, Ancon, Oracle, Pluto and Rebnis. No new hardware is needed and the restaurant is up and running quickly.
When a company is a Maîtres Pay customer, its employees pay by company invoice directly in the app. The restaurant is paid by Maîtres and avoids both credit risk and invoicing admin.
