Maîtres is integrated with leading POS systems, including Trivec, Ancon, Oracle, Pluto and Rebnis. Receipts, lines and VAT sync automatically when the bill is closed.
POS, hotel and accounting – connected.
Maîtres Pay fetches the receipt line by line directly from the POS or hotel system and sends ready-made bookkeeping entries to the company's accounting system. No manual entry and no scanned receipts.
Hotel systems
Hotels connect through their hotel system so rooms, conference and restaurant end up on the same records and the same invoice.
Accounting systems
Fortnox, Visma, Björn Lundén, Hogia, Speedledger and Specter. Depending on the system, entries are sent directly via API with automatic bookkeeping, or as a ready file for import. The API integration is part of Premier.
Automatic bookkeeping
Every visit is posted to the right BAS account for external and internal entertainment, meal benefits and payroll deductions, with VAT split per line.
E-invoicing
Invoices can also be produced as a Peppol file for companies that receive electronic invoices.
Partner API
POS and booking partners can send receipts and transactions to Maîtres Pay through a secure partner API.
